Our Bootcamp classes are 30 minute high intensity sweat sessions that focus on cardio, body weight movements, and resistance training using light kettlebells and dumbbells. Bootcamp classes are different every day, will keep your body guessing and will keep your mind occupied all class. If you are looking for a high intensity workout, but not a lot of weights, Bootcamp is for you!
Designed for those in retirement or approaching retirement age who need to restore or maintain body function. Features of the program will include low-intensity exercise with a focus on strength building for longevity and bone health. Class will also include stretching to improve flexibility and range of motion, and will prioritize critical functional movement – squats, lunges, presses – the necessary movements to maintain independence throughout retirement and the later stages of life. We will primarily focus on movements using body weight, light Kettlebells, Dumbbells and other various equipment.
Our Mat Pilates classes are designed to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core which include the muscles of your back, your abdominals and obliques, as well as your glutes. Pilates is a fantastic low intensity, low impact addition to the high intensity nature of Bootcamp or CrossFit classes.
Our Yoga classes focus primarily on stretching, breathwork and mindfulness. It is the perfect complement to intense Bootcamp or Fitness classes, and focus more on rehabilitating the mind and body more so than wearing it down. Additionally, it teaches how to connect breath to movement, which will help you in all the other classes we offer.
Our Health Services include various one on one sessions that will help you rebuild from the inside out, including Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Nutrition Counseling and more.
Our private Personal Training service is a more intimate training experience that will be 100% tailored to you and your individual needs. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, or just getting moving again, Personal Training is a great option to do it in the privacy of one of our expert trainers.
Massage is the use of a combination of different modalities to facilitate change and wellness throughout the body. Through the use of the hands, forearms, elbows, and sometimes therapy tools, a massage therapist will manipulate the soft tissue of the body to relieve tension, pain, and aid in healing and increased range of motion. This can be done superficially or through the deep muscle layers.
Our Nutrition Counseling is designed to help those with little to know nutrition knowledge start to understand the basic principles and concepts of healthy and balanced eating. We can also help those who have a bit of knowledge but just need a little guidance and accountability.
Our virtual training is for those who want to start training for the first time all the way to those who have experience but need help crafting a program. Our Virtual experience is intended to be 100% at home and focuses on physical training, stress management, as well as sleep and nutrition help.
