At Harbor Park Health and Fitness we do things a bit differently than the gyms you may be used to. Our primary focus is on creating a lasting, sustainable plan for the long-term. While we’ll always strive to improve performance over time, we won’t let it come at a cost. 


We understand that you have fitness experience and you likely know what you are looking for already. We’d love to understand a bit about what your goals and desires are so that we can best help accomplish them. We’d also love to have you into the gym to check it out and so we can go over our unique approach to fitness.

All we ask is that you attend a free, no obligation consultation with us before you begin. The purpose of our consultation process is to allow us to explain how our box operates.
