A big shift occurred within Harbor Park a year ago – we evolved from Harbor Park CrossFit to Harbor Park Health and Fitness. While we loved CrossFit (and still do), we realized that we had a lot more to offer, and our community was looking for solutions other than CrossFit. So we decided to take action and to expand our business.

The next step in our evolution has occurred and its what we are calling Objective Oriented Solutions. Instead of focusing on the programs we offer we are shifting our focus to the solutions we are solving. Our hope is that by identifying our client’s specific needs, we can get them on the program that makes the most sense for them, leading to the best experience possible and quickest results possible.

By understanding our client’s goals, objectives, preferences and desires, we are able to identify exactly what type of health or fitness program they need to be in. Our solutions are as follows:

Fitness and Performance

Our Fitness and Performance solution is designed to develop physical skills and ability. Whether it’s for general fitness or sports performance, our fitness and performance programs are designed to push you out of your comfort zone and to take you to new limits. We incorporate strength training, weight lifting, cardio, endurance, plyometrics and more to develop a well rounded performance base that will get you in the best shape of your life.

Health and Longevity

The Health and Longevity solution is designed for getting as healthy as possible with the long term in mind. Our health and longevity programs are designed to offer a diverse range of exercise classes, such as Bootcamp, Pilates, Yoga, Anchor, Dance-Cardio and more. These classes offer a balance of fitness with recovery and mobility to ensure the body is functioning at a fully optimized level, promoting health and longevity, all while having a blast and enjoying your exercise experience.

Weight Loss

Our Weight Loss solution is designed for those with the sole priority of weight loss. For these programs, exercise is not the top priority – nutrition is. We teach you how to optimize your nutrition so that you can achieve the weight loss goals you’ve been dreaming about, and achieving the body that you desire.

Rehabilitative and Corrective Exercise

For anyone who is dealing with chronic or lingering injuries, we have the expertise to help. Led by our Physical Therapy department, we specialize in diagnosing injury and creating a plan to correct and overcome the issue. Our most frequent culprits – shoulders and backs.

Body Composition and Analysis

For those who are data driven and are intrigued by the analytics of their bodies, our body comp & analytics specialties can show us bone density, body fat %, lean mass, resting metabolic rate, V02 Max, and more. If you have a desire to understand the numbers that make up your body, Body Comp and Analysis is for you!

With this re-prioritization, we are able to help a wide variety of people looking for various health and fitness needs. Whether you want high intensity or hate high intensity, weight lifting or no weight lifting, performance or weight loss, we have a program for you and we are confident we can help you achieve your goals.
