Our Health Classes are designed to offer a fun and unintimidating atmosphere where exercise comes in many different varieties. The focus isn’t so much on pushing our bodies to their max but to enjoy the process of discovering our bodies and all the amazing things we can do with them.

Our Fitness Classes are designed to find out what our bodies are capable of and then push them to improve over time. The primary focus of all of our Fitness Classes are cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and body awareness.
We also provide Fitness Services such as Sport Specific Training, Team or Group training, Remote Training and more.
